Mission: |
The goal of the consultations is to support the primary care treatment efforts and supplement with cardiac evaluation and intervention services as needed. The frequency of follow up is determined by the patient needs and in consultation with the primary care provider and it can vary between a onetime consultation and report to regular follow up. When interventional treatment is required and depending on the patients insurance plan and preferences, the treatment is delivered by collaborating interventional cardiologists at the major cardiovascular centers in Portland, OR.
|
Vision: |
The best researched and formulated professional
practice guidelines may not always represent the best solution of an
individual situation. Cardiology Consults strive to relate appropriate
intervention and treatment to the situation of the individual person,
while respecting the individual personal beliefs and value systems. It
is all about the relativity of making good choices.
